Classemates websites

For this unit's web blog activity, I feel like I was at two different ends of a spectrum. With Maureen's video, I was on the academic end and learned that there are many side to a perspective, some that you might not have considered. In particular, the discussion around the deaf couple that wanted to use reproductive technology to select a child that would be deaf like them; thought provoking. With Julie's video, the dolphins at Marine World, it was a reminder that we can't take everything seriously; everyone once in a while we have got to take a little time out and smile!!
